I became an instructor in 2001 and I have never looked back. At every step I am challenged to always push myself not only beyond my physical boundaries but also beyond my field of knowledge. With every step I become a better martial artist and with each moment my understanding deepens.  

No matter when you start in life you can become a Kung Fu stylist. I draw upon all my knowledge and life experience to support my students in this process whether it is about nutrition, training, health or lifestyle. 

I want all my students to learn about their bodies and train to be able to enjoy their lives for many more years to come. Everyone has the right to experience their bodies in their optimum state. Longevity is being physically able to do everything you want to do right up to the day you die.

I invite you all to join. To be part of the same style that has survived through warfare, through turbulent changing history. A style that has remained consistent through thousands of years. A source of great strength.
